A group university project. We were given a brief to design the branding and promotion for bats 30th anniversary. Bats is a non-profit theatre company in wellington and they were hosting an event to celebrate their 30th year in the business. They asked Massey University students to create a design that they would then choose from to use. (Our design was not chosen)

We were given three songs by Warren Maxwell to choose from and create an overall theme that we thought encompassed the songs meaning. My partner and I chose the song 'Queen Bee' which is about the corruption of power in New Zealand, hence our overall theme of corruption. 

Our design style plays on the corruption of the crown, which is shown through the use of imagery and colour. We also chose to further depict the idea of corruption through a 'glitch in the system' which can happen when something has been corrupted in the code. 

Areas I worked on were the poster and website, and my partner worked on our animation touchpoint which I don't have access to.
